LILIAN NASUNA MUIRHEAD
Appearing in the Cookery Demos area
My name is Lilian Muirhead, I was born in Africa, surrounded by healthy vegan food. I have carried on my love for healthy vegan food through my life. I cook for a very healthy conscious nursery in Carlisle, and the children really enjoy my vegan meals including the fussy eaters.
I like to use spices and herbs to add more flavour to vegan meals.
I will be showing you how to put together quick healthy, tasty vegan food that will nourish you and taste good at the same time.
