1.00 - 1:45 - Lisa Murphy BSc.(hons), PG Dip. Couns - Are you being hypnotised to eat junkfood?

Have you ever wondered why you reached for that chocolate when you weren’t even hungry?  Or why you just couldn’t stop until you finished the whole pack of biscuits?

During this talk Lisa sheds some light on the sneaky ways we are being manipulated into eating foods that are low in nutrition and high in calories.

Learn how to avoid falling into the junk food trap, and begin to choose the foods that will help you feel healthier and happier.

A free gift of a 'Healthy Mindset' Self-Hypnosis MP3 is also included, for you to relax and listen to at home.
