There's a top selection of caterers at our event this year - all of them serving 100% vegan food. There's a really wide choice and most of the food is available in medium as well as large portions. Great value, freshly cooked by people who love food, love people and love festivals.
All our caterers are vegan friendly and understand the importance of all aspects that this entails, including ingredients, pans and utensils.
Butcherless brings to you a brand new gourmet experience, with fresh Mheats, Cheezes and Egs by fast growing vegan startup Sgaia Foods. Expect steak sandwiches with caramelised onions and balsamic glaze, bacon and poached eg breakfast muffins, but authentically reinvented in vegan terms. Mheat: not fake, simply plant based.
Falkland Kitchen Farm

Flavors of Africa
"Flavors of Africa is a family concern, providing authentic African and Nigerian cuisine in particular to the discerning foodie. Our mission is to take Nigerian dishes to every home in the UK using street food, food festivals and outdoor events as our channels of engagement.
We provide restaurant quality food at reduced cost, sourcing majority of our ingredients locally without compromising on value or quality, with particular focus on making our food acceptable to all, majority of our dishes are dairy, gluten and wheat free and are also Vegan suitable.
Our recipe has been used by many generations of the family and was passed down to me by my grandmother who was a renowned rice seller in her days."
Holy Cow is located in central Edinburgh. Our menu is based on organic local products and we make everything from scratch. Freshly baked buns and homemade mayonnaise make our burgers epic. Holy Cow is not only about the food, is more about vegan life style and great experience.
