Barbara has been vegan for four and a half years. She is a solicitor in Edinburgh and in her spare time promotes veganism in various ways: assisting her sister Susan with the vegan billboard project, doing Animal Aid talks and food demos in schools, writing articles on animal rights and using social media to promote the positive aspects of veganism.
