Sandra Hood is an acomplished dietitian with a degree in dietetics from Leeds University. A specialist dietician for the NHS she runs education sessions on diabetes for patients and health professionals. Sandra's past experience included working as a community dietitian in Yorkshire and she has a particular interest in eating disorders.
Sandra is author of 'Feeding your Vegan Baby with Confidence' published by The Vegan Society and has had numerous articles published in magazines. She worked closely with Plamil Foods to produce Infant Case Histories to prove the efficacy and benefits of a plant food based diet for infants.
Sandra Hood joined the team at Foods For Life in 2006 and is available for corporate consultation, lectures, public speaking and speaker series events, writing and articles, health and wellbeing projects and media work.
