The SECC is equipped with the following facilities for our visitors:
Clydesdale provides visitors to the SECC with a free of charge ATM; this is located on the main concourse next to the SECC Box Office. In addition to this there are is an ATM at McColls shop in the main SECC.
The standard opening times for the SECC Box Office are Mon–Sat 9am–6pm, Sun closed*
*Please note these timings are the standard opening times of the SECC Box Office and may be subject to change depending on events taking place in the venue and on-sales for new events. Please check www.secc.co.uk or www.thessehydro.com for details of what time individual events will go on sale.
The SSE Hydro box office opens one hour before doors to the arena open and closes 30 minutes after the main act starts or at the end of the interval, unless otherwise stated.
Clyde Auditorium box office opens once doors to the venue open and closes 30 minutes after the main act starts or at the end of the interval, unless otherwise stated.
There are two baby changing rooms at the SECC, one is on the main Concourse adjacent to the ladies toilets and the other is at the west end of the Venue next to the toilets.
The Cloakroom is located on the main concourse. It is open during many events and visitors can deposit items for the duration of the event for a fee of £2 per item, per day. Please note that items cannot be left in the Cloakroom overnight. Information & Business Centre
The SECC has a well equiped Information & Business Centre for visitors. Available services include:

SECC's well-equipped Medical Centre is located on the concourse of the main building, at the East entrance. The highly qualified medical team will be pleased to help, or simply answer any queries you may have. A Royal Mail post box is located externally, in front of the Clyde Auditorium. UK stamps are available from the shop and international stamps are normally available from the Information & Business Centre, both situated on the main concourse.
There is no specific Prayer Room at the SECC, but the Medical Centre can offer visitors a quiet room to use (subject to availability). For further information please email the medical team here, call them on 0141 275 6333 or drop into the Medical Centre.
Drink vending machines are available at various locations throughout the SECC.
The Medical Centre has a limited number of wheelchairs that visitors may 'borrow' for the duration of their visit. Wheelchairs are allocated on a first come, first served basis and can be booked the day before your visit. Please note that wheelchairs can only be 'borrowed' for a day at a time. The medical team are happy to aide wheelchair users who require assistance getting to and from a location within the Centre (subject to availability), but wheelchairs should be picked up/dropped off at the Medical Centre. Wi-Fi is available throughout the SECC site and is free for the first fifteen minutes. After fifteen minutes a prompt will appear on screen to purchase further Wi-Fi on-line through PayPal, or vouchers can be purchased from the Information & Business Centre (on the main Concourse). Wi-Fi can be purchased in units of one hour, one day or one week.
