Appearing on Saturday 4pm and Sunday 12pm in the Mature Zone 

Jane was Editor of The Vegetarian magazine for 14 years and a senior tutor at the Vegetarian Society Cookery School. She has written eight books on vegetarianism and veganism, including The Vegetarian Year, which is newly published in the UK and USA. Jane's experience includes creating recipes for The Vegan Society, Love Food Hate Waste and the Hospital Caterers Association, and acting as a judge-coordinator for the Great Taste Awards.
