12:00 - Dr Tushar Mehta MD - Reversing Diabetes with Simple Diet and Nutrition Best Practice

The role of optimum diet and nutrition in avoiding, treatment and reversing diabetes type 2 is undeniable. Any health professional who fails to help patients understand the true implications of following a diet a standard diet rather than an optimised diet with vastly more fruit and vegetables and plant based sources of protein and essential fats risks failing duties of due diligence and best practice. With a barrage of evidence based study and research Dr Mehta argues it's a Doctor's duty to properly acquaint themselves with the facts and living in denial is failing both their patients and the future of the National Health Service. Suitable for GP's , Dietititians, Midwives and all public health advisors
