Ellie Bedford is an Author and Mum of two children who is passionate about nutrition and family health. Ellie developed her love for whole foods living and natural approaches to health after looking for answers to her own health problems and those of her family.
Ellie’s new whole-food diet dramatically improved her health, and the health of her family, inspiring her to learn more about nutrition. She studied at the Bodymind Institute and continues to research her field believing that education is a life long adventure. Ellie believes good nutrition habits begin in childhood and she enjoys working with schools and other youth organisations, as well as speaking at veggie and vegan festivals in the UK- spreading the word that fresh fruits and vegetables taste great!
Currently working as a raw and whole-food recipe developer and food writer, Ellie is also the author of two children's recipe books; 'How to Eat a Rainbow: Magical Raw Vegan Recipes for Kids!' and 'The Superdrinks Handbook for Kids!' as well as the vegan and sugar free food blog 'Ellie's Recipes'.
