Amanda is a qualified nutritionist who has penned numerous publications, including articles, guides, factsheets and scientific reports, for organisations including Viva! Health and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, where she worked as an editor.
As well as being director of Vegetarian for Life, she is the founding director of Eat Green (UK), an award-winning NGO based in Manchester.
Amanda’s early career was spent working in Wills and Probate law, mostly advising an older client base. She worked in a range of settings, including hospitals and care homes.
